The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:

Ready to Ship items are normally shipped within 48 hours.
Personalized items require around 5-10 business days for production.

*Notice: Our production time is an estimate, not a guarantee. As each piece is handmade with care, processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Time & Rates:

We offer free shipping on orders over $59. Shipping times and rates are listed below:

Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days — $8.99
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days — $25.00
Free Shipping: 9–12 business days — Free on orders over $59

Orders shipped within the United States are generally handled and tracked through USPS. Shipping fees may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

International:

International shipments are shipped using the common economic methods available based on location.

Canada: Canada Post [7-14 Days]
United Kingdom: Royal Mail [5-10 Days]
Australia: Australia Post [7-14 Days]
Europe: Local Shipping Provider [8-12 Days]
Other: Local Shipping Provider [7-14 Days]
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. For lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to several factors. Personalized and handmade items typically take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Updates & Tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive email updates as your order progresses. You can check your order status anytime through our Order Tracking Page.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that we reserve the right to ship items in one package or in separate shipments, depending on order details and fulfillment arrangements.

Packaging

Every MivaGift piece comes beautifully packaged in a gift-ready box, making it perfect for giving to someone special. Gift bags may also be available as an optional add-on at checkout.
